Harvest record
Date, weight, and the bed(s) it came from. One weight can cover several beds.
Compost temperatures
One entry per batch — a pile built, run hot, and finished — so a reused pile name never merges two different heaps. The standard is 131°F held for 3 consecutive days with at least one turn in that window. Where a day has several probe readings, the coolest one is the one that counts.
Inputs applied
Every planting with an additive or fertilizer recorded against it.
