Your planning numbers are holding up

Where you've logged two or more harvests, your own days-to-maturity match what you actually grow — which means your head-numbers are trustworthy to plan a season from. Matching your harvests: Radish 25 days (you plan 25), Lettuce (baby) 28 days (you plan 28), Scallions 66 days (you plan 65), Turnip 44 days (you plan 30-55). As more seasons record through the new tool, any real Florida gaps sharpen into view.

One early signal to watch: Carrots came in around 63 days vs the 55 you plan — only 1 harvest logged so far, so keep an eye on it as the new tool records more.

How to read this. Yields are the exact pounds from your harvest sheets, added up for you — the season-end compile, done automatically (these match your own hand totals to the decimal). Days in tray is measured from your Seed Starting sheets (seed date → first step-up); n is how many plantings it's averaged from, so bigger n = more confident. Days to maturity shows your own planning estimate, with measured harvests noted where we have them — thin for now, and they'll firm up every season you log. Kale and lettuce varieties are rolled up to the crop; the variety detail still lives in your sheets.
